Terms & Conditions

The flats are available at 2 pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate them by 9:30 am on the day of departure. There is one car parking space allocated per flat.

Arrivals after 6 pm by arrangement please.

The flats must never be occupied by more persons, including infants than stated at the time of booking, without the consent of the proprietors.

The use of chip pans or deep fat frying is forbidden by Fire and Safety regulations.

The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, in their opinion, the behaviour of a Visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is endangered.

The Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for valuables left in any rooms.

An official receipt will be forwarded if accommodation is available, otherwise your deposit will be refunded by return post. In the event of cancellation deposits are not returnable.

The management does not accept liability for cars parked on our car park.

We regret that due to the behaviour of an irresponsible minority we cannot accept bookings for groups of young single persons of mixed sex or the same sex and therefore bookings are restricted to COUPLES and FAMILY GROUPS ONLY
